Chinese Windmill Palm
Trachycarpus Fortunei
Windmill palm is one of the most cold hardy palms
available. It is beautifully compact and grows to heights
of 20-40 ft..This is a cold hardy palm and can withstand
subfreezing temperatures of 5 degrees F or less. In its
native habitat (Himalayan Mtns. of China) this tough
palm is sometimes subjected to a cover of snow and ice.
